Sometimes scenes appear in a person's consciousness that live in a place locked between dream and reality. Before my eyes, a dead body. It is unknown by whose hands he perished. But the worst part is, his flesh was cooked and served. Everyone devoured it. Then you realize it wasn't a person, but law, justice, human dignity. This dead body was then raised and hung on the back of a multi-story building, in a place visible to all. No one mourns him, no one looks for him. Those who approach are demanded to confess guilt, but they deny having "eaten the flesh" because there is punishment for that too. This scene is not my dream. It is a symbolic depiction of the Migration Agency and the events unfolding around it.
There is a court decision, there is a Presidential decree, but they are hanging like dead bodies.
