This article, as the saying goes, 'a bird does what it sees,' and time is proving how accurately it was written for some of today's 'heroes.' The followers of the 'shalaqqi,' who caused a stir in society a few years ago and were actually a gang of morally destitute criminals, are still among us. Their goal is one: to use the people's trust as a mask and to plunder the state treasury.

The actions of the head of a family kindergarten in the Tashlak district are not only a crime but also a grave betrayal of society and the future of children. She embezzled over 107 million soums, intended for children, through "dead souls," spending it on personal needs by enrolling over 200 children who never saw the kindergarten and non-working staff, thus defrauding the state treasury.
These actions fall under the most despicable crimes according to Articles 167 (embezzlement) and 228 (forgery) of the Criminal Code. Like previous "fake heroes," this woman thought she had deceived the law, but the sword of justice tore off her mask. By court order, she was expelled from the education system, sentenced to correctional labor, and the stolen funds were returned to the state.
This incident should serve as a lesson to all "enterprising" individuals and those who wear false masks: ill-gotten gains never prosper and destroy the future. The logic of criminal gangs does not change, but their every action will sooner or later end in disgrace and punishment.
No matter how high a crow flies, it can never become a falcon; its landing will always remain as dirty and shameful as this.
