Tears of longing gathered in a foreign land

The burden of working abroad is heavy. Especially the responsibility on the shoulders of Uzbek men who work in foreign countries, far from their families, from their sweet-growing children, can only be felt by themselves. The fate of one of our compatriots, who swallows his longing and acts as the pillar of his family, Shukhrat from Andijan, caught the attention of the famous South Korean television channel "KBS" (Korean Broadcasting System).

An unexpected miracle during work

For Shukhrat, who had been working honestly in Korea for many years to support his family, this was just another ordinary workday. He was busy with his daily strenuous tasks, and his mind was filled with longing for his family and children back home. Meanwhile, the show's creators had already put their plan into action.

The television channel's team secretly brought Shukhrat's family members from Uzbekistan directly to South Korea. The father working abroad had no idea about this.

It is difficult to describe in words the state of the father who unexpectedly saw his beloved children and his wife, his support, in front of him during his work. Those moments, which brought tears to the eyes of the studio creators, the filming crew, and later to millions of viewers sitting in front of their screens, were tears of true joy and longing.

Years of separation, conversations through phone screens, and the agony of longing ended in an instant. The happiness on the face of the Andijan father, who embraced his children and became a pillar for his family, was undoubtedly the most beautiful reward for his arduous life abroad.
