AGREEMENT REACHED ON RENOVATION PROJECT IN FERGHANA

Renovation works are being carried out in the city of Fergana based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-26 dated February 21, 2025, “On additional measures for further development of the housing and mortgage market,” as well as the decisions of the khokim of Fergana region on building new residential buildings through renovation to improve the housing conditions of the population in cities and districts.

The limited liability company “Ikat Vodiy,” implementing this project, has created the necessary conditions for the construction of multi-story residential buildings. The enterprise employs 36 workers, utilizes 12 special vehicles, and has qualified engineering and technical staff.

Within the framework of the construction work, agreements have been reached with almost all residents of the area. According to Avazbek, the head of the construction organization, 99% of the apartment owners included in the project have agreed to the renovation terms.

However, the process of reaching an agreement with one of the residents, Nodirbek aka, was complicated for some time. A series of negotiations and discussions were held between the parties.

As a result of open dialogues and mutual agreements organized with the support of the Fergana regional khokimiyat and the Fergana city khokimiyat, the issue was resolved positively. Today, the parties have reached a “golden mean” and successfully completed the agreement process.

According to the agreement, a deal was reached to purchase Nodirbek aka's housing at its current market value in the city of Fergana.

A formal agreement was concluded between the parties in a notarial manner, and all legal procedures were formalized in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

During the negotiations, the rights and interests of both parties were taken into account. As a result, a solution acceptable to both the developer and the applicant was found, and the issue was resolved.

Most importantly, even after the completion of the agreement process, the friendly relations between the developer Avazbek aka and Nodirbek aka were preserved. The parties expressed mutual respect and agreed to continue their good relations.
