Today, the investigative court for criminal cases of Fergana district of Fergana region, presided over by judge H. Quqonboev, considered an administrative case involving the victim O.H. and the administrative respondent F.Q.

This case was concluded based on a reconciliation agreement, in accordance with Article 21-prim 2 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Liability. During the court proceedings, it was taken into account that there was no animosity between the victim and the respondent, that they had reached a mutual agreement, and that the dispute had been resolved peacefully.

The judge made a decision, having comprehensively, fully, and impartially examined the case, prioritizing the principles of humanity and humaneness.

Today's decision is assessed as a practical manifestation of the reforms in the judicial and legal sphere being implemented by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. As the head of state emphasized, the principle "Every citizen, upon entering the court, must feel justice" was reflected in this court proceeding in Fergana district.

Alongside the rule of law, one of the important tasks of the judicial system is to not be indifferent to a person's fate, to encourage reconciliation and mutual understanding. This decision, adopted by the investigative court of Fergana district, became a practical example of precisely this approach.
