The first issue is related to illegal connection to electricity and delays in the enforcement system. According to official documents, Fergana City Electric Network Enterprise (ShETK) drew up an act regarding the illegal use of electricity from one of the apartments on Mustaqillik Avenue in Fergana, and a material damage of 1,354,752 sums to the system was recorded.

All materials for taking legal action and bringing the case to court have been officially sent to the Fergana City Department of Internal Affairs. However, despite all the evidence being ready, for some reason, the process of final legal assessment of these materials is being unreasonably delayed, and the documents are stuck at the lower level without finding a legal solution.

The second and most dangerous issue is the gross violation of technical safety rules in gas supply.

According to Shokhista, the local gas distribution point, i.e., the GRP, is located in her neighbor's house.

The high-pressure gas pipeline passes directly over the roof and through the wall of Shokhista's house.

Furthermore, she states that high-temperature and high-capacity boilers are operating in the neighbor's apartment. The experienced lawyer raises the legitimate question of who will be responsible if any incident or emergency occurs, given the close proximity of these boilers to the gas pipeline. Appeals regarding this "explosive" and fire hazard, which has been threatening people's lives for a year, are being ignored by the responsible organizations.

Due to the non-execution of documents regarding damage to state property and the creation of a dangerous neighboring environment under high-pressure gas pipelines, the Fergana Media editorial office will send an official appeal to the leadership of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Uzenergoinspeksiya. The brief content of our appeal is to request a service investigation into the inaction of responsible employees and to urgently inspect the technical condition of the GRP and gas pipelines in the area with the participation of specialists.
